Kelly Sidhu5 StarI contacted this company as a previous heating company had misdiagnosed the boiler issue. Ahmad attended and was very transparent and supportive in explaining the heating issues.
He is very polite and honest and his work is outstanding.
He repaired my boiler and also replaced the pipe work for my new radiators.
Would call upon Ahmad again and definitely recommend him as an outstanding Gas Engineer.

Timea Wilson5 StarI contacted this company for a leak investigation service after receiving an outrageous £850 water bill. They were very responsive, explained what to expect on the visit and how much could it potentially cost (which was much more competitive than some of the other quotes I received). As the issue was quite serious, he told me that he will try and fix it the same day. He was running late but he gave me a call to let me know about it.
He used his experience and expertise to locate the leaking pipe quickly and it was fixed within an hour. When the work was done, he placed back all the floorboards properly and paid extra attention to clean up the area nicely.
He was honest about the limit of his capabilities and told me to get someone else to help with pumping the water out of underneath the house (as sadly we are talking about a lot of water).
I wouldn't hesitate contacting this company again if I needed a reliable, professional plumber.Monday 17th January 2022
