We have just begun working with Sami to design significant renovations to our house. So far we have just completed initial discussions and a meet and measure session. Sami is clearly extremely knowledgeable and has thoroughly explained the full process in great detail so we know what to expect and when to expect it. She’s very on the ball with keeping us updated and is meticulous in her practical work. Most importantly however, she really spends the time to listen - to understand how our life works, how we use the space, the types of things we need and that are important to us. It is obvious speaking to her that she really grasps what we want to achieve and has great ideas for things we can do. She is clearly hugely passionate and dedicated to her job and her clients. We are massively excited to see the initial concept ideas!

During the initial design stages, I was provided with every conceivable option. Making it so much easier to get the best possible planning package. Any changes I decided to make were dealt with promptly and the planning process, though daunting, thanks to B.H.D was straightforward and stress free, with plenty of guidance throughout.
