As Chartered Building Surveyors, we undertake all types of building inspections and defects analysis, we advise on commercial lease issues i.e. dilapidations, we can also assist you with building and asbestos related health & safety matters, as well as reporting on construction defects and arranging for remedial works or building alterations and refurbishment works.

In simple terms, for Building Surveyor, read “Building Doctor” (NB. occasionally pathologist). We regularly act as expert witnesses preparing reports and, if necessary, attending court.
