You hear so many horror stories about letting agents but I cannot say a bad word about Bruce Rae. Right from the initial Zoom viewing with Elspeth during Covid, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are extremely responsive and any issues I had during the tenancy were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Communication with them was always quick and easy. When we moved out, we got our deposit back (minus a perfectly fair deal deduction for damage which we absolutely were liable for. Denis5 StarBy far, the best experience I've had renting in Edinburgh. For over 5 years I was a tenant in a flat managed by BruceRae. All their team was really helpful and responded to any doubt or issue I had in a quick and effective way. Kind and understanding, I felt they really cared of my circumstances every moment and try to help as much as they could. Check in/out were also perfect, smooth and clear.
