Came home over bank holiday to find thermostat faulty. House temperature was not budging from 23 degrees. Called up and got best service I could ask for. Problem sorted and sound advice given. Found a long term plumber without hesitation

He came out on a Sunday exactly when he said even ringing half an hour before he got to me to let me know he was on his way. Sorted the problem promptly and efficiently straight away.
