I don’t usually write reviews however I had a leaking radiator pipe on a Saturday during Easter weekend and Covid-19. I phoned BSK and he was at my house within the hour and also sorted out my emergency within the hour. Price quoted was what was charged. I can’t thank him enough. It was an excellent and professional job from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone and his number is now firmly saved into my phone. Thank you again BSK.

So having moved into our new home recently I decided to do a bit on handy work and add a few features to our blank walls. We decided that a new set of coat hooks would be handy next to our back door into our utility room. My wife insisted that they were positioned half over the radiator to help dry wet coats on rainy day, this sounds like a great idea I hear you say, you are wrong. After some careful positioning and planning to avoid any unwanted surprises we settled on the perfect place. I like to think myself quite handy and knowledgable with power tools as I work in the construction industry, so I crack on and drill my first hole into the plasterboard with confidence. All goes to plan. I then casually move onto the second which does not end with quite the result I had hoped for. A stream of water began to flow freely out of my brand new walls and onto my flawless floorboards. I began to panic and yell for help whilst cussing at myself due to my shame and stupidity of such a mistake. I call for my wife to grab a bucket and some towels, little did I know she would saunter around the house sorting the best towels from the slightly worst for wear ones. When she had finally made up her mind we managed to stem the waterfall. We called BSK plumbing and heating and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Polite, helpful and took no time at all to leap to our rescue. Someone arrived in under an hour and knew precisely what to do. After replacing the section of pipe, the gentlemen proceeded to sort the problem and went that little further and even hung the coat hooks on the wall for us, which I was evidently incapable of doing. Thinking we would be stunned by the cost of an emergency plumber on a Sunday I might add, we’re very happy to be charged an extremely reasonable cost for the work provided. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and even asked if he could come and do our yearly boiler services. Thank you BSK. Would recommend highly.
