Have to give Alex a shout out for being on hand to answer any questions but the real star is Florin. He did such an amazing job from start to finish. Always polite and always tidied/cleaned up at the end of each day. He is a real asset to the business and if you do book BT projects, I would 100% ask for Florin to be your guy. This was our first ‘house project’ and were really quite nervous about it. Tudor answered our never ending list of questions promptly, the quote he provided was competitive and did not vary through the project. We left his team to undertake the work whilst we were on holiday, and Tudor provided us with daily updates and when we got back, we were greeted with a fantastic new bathroom.
