I have often heard somewhat mixed reviews regarding BCS outside of google, nontheless we decided to go with them based on Google reviews, however our fears were realised when myself and a close associate working on a project had experienced rather appaling behaviour. Normally we have worked with other building control services and have had no issues for over 10 years, others would base their comments and requests on clear facts, knowledge, experience and in a professional manner, regretably this cannot be said the same about Syrena L'Aimable. I cannot fathom how a "professional" of such supposed status (all those titles in her name must mean something?) would put forward unreasonable proposals that defy logic and are a self imploding contradiction. Not only is her knowledge questionable, her demeanour and handling of projects leaves many questions. This is not restricted to her only, we have found from others that the whole team is a mixed bag of oddly shaped screws and a few of those have their threads sadly missing. This is simply our experience, whilst my associate is a little more kind hearted not to say anything, we feel that our experiences should still be considered, suffice to say, we would avoid BCS if possible.

I have been working with BCS almost 8 years now. We have handed all our projects to them during this period and had no issues at all. They work on time and whenever you need them they are always on time. Very responsive office team. Hope to work with you for all our future projects. I would highly recommend to anyone or firm for their construction projects. Their approach to clients are fab. Thanks again providing us this service.

Very efficient service. They ignored requests from the builder to approve the ceiling work without a sound test. Subsequent testing showed that the builder had not followed the architect's specification. I am very grateful for their professional way of working.
