Welcome to Building & Property Surveys Ltd. We are an independent Energy Assessment and Building Surveying company formed in 2005, based in Abergavenny, South Wales.

We specialise in Building Regulation Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) Compliance Calculations and Energy Performance Certificates for both new and existing residential and commercial buildings, holding accreditations to undertake building energy compliance calculations in all areas of the UK, assessing against each of the relevant devolved building regulation standards, whether in Wales, England, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Since the company formation in 2005 we have been continuously undertaking Energy Compliance Calculations across all building types, offering a quick turnaround with competitively priced assessments, and generous reductions available on volume orders.

The company is owned and managed by Nick Withey (BSc, MCIOB, DipHI, DipNDEA). Nick is a well-qualified Chartered Builder, Surveyor, Energy Assessor, Auditor and QCF Assessor, with over 30 years' experience in the construction, property and energy sectors.
