Ensuite renovation (March 2022) - new underfloor heating, floor tiles, shower mixer and several other bits and bobs. A very good job for a fair price. Took a little longer than planned but it all turned out very nicely. Would use this firm again with no hesitation.

From design to completion and snagging, Burtons are a professional outfit. Lisa was super helpful with ideas at the design stage and the finished kitchen and bathroom was lovely! James and Lisa are open and honest to deal with and overall I enjoyed working with them. They employ a good bunch of people and I was really impressed with the protection they setup in my house. Rod and T take pride in their work, which I really appreciated. There have been snags to put right which you get in any project, but they have been dilligent in attending to put things right with Hans doing a good job. I have no doubt they will continue that philosophy and would recommend them.

I had all new electrics put in in my front room extra sockets as well, then the room was plastered along with the ceiling. To add to that i had some ceramic tiles put in the middle of the room as a focus point. I found all the workmanship to a really high standard couldn't be more happier. James the owner of the company came round a few time to check that the work was to a high standard. I also found all the workmen were very courteous and respectful to my house and thoroughly cleaned up after they had finished their work. Any other future work that needs doing they will be my first call.

I had previous tradesman fitting my bathroom with toilet flashes hot water, bath cold water tap running with hot water, placing damaged tiles on my wall, bath trap leaking, installing laminate flooring on top of old bathroom tiles without removing them to be even, on the whole, my bathroom was done by unqualified tradesman with unreasonable skills and experience. And Burtons Property Services saved my bathroom by fixing the problems and putting my bathroom to the professional standard. Burtons Property Services is reliable and professional, if you want your property work to be done by the qualified professionals, Burtons Property Services is definitely recommended.
