Really poor service if you have a problem, they just don't want to know, don't get back to you, ignore you, very unhelpful. Update: Despite very poor communication on their part we have now managed to resolve the problem. Just over a year after we had our new bathroom (which is beautiful and was very reasonably priced) the toilet seat broke, with one of the hinges just snapping through the middle (not even at the hinge point) - very odd - we had not used bleach on it and are not particularly heavy people etc. The real problem was the toilet is a funny size so we couldn't just get a replacement. We went back to ask for help - 1. should this really have happened, is this a fault, and 2. how do we get a toilet seat that actually fits our toilet, even if we do need to pay for a new one. They did go back to the company and get us a free replacement toilet seat, even though the one that broke was just out of warrantee. Our beautiful bathroom is now complete again. However this was quite an arduous process on our behalf due to lack of communication on their behalf - we went into the shop to ask for help, we were asked to email some pictures, we emailed as asked, we heard nothing, we phoned and went back into the shop and re-emailed, we were told we will get back to you, we heard nothing, absolutely nothing for a further 2+ weeks (not a reply to the emails, or a phone call up date, just nothing). Eventually we went back to the shop with said broken toilet seat in hand after hunting everywhere for a replacement before they actually explained that they were doing anything at all about it. This chasing with repeated no replies/no communication over a period of a month was obviously frustrating to us and really at the time did lead to us feeling like they didn't care or want to help us. Although that is not the case and they did get us a replacement and for free - we were in the dark about what was going on behind the scenes most of the time. So if you want a beautifully designed bathroom - they are excellent - you may just have to be prepared to be persistent and you yourself may need to do some chasing to clarify what is or isn't happening.
