AndyWaters5 StarColin responded to my emergency call within 15 minutes of receiving it on May Day holiday Sunday afternoon despite having been up in Inverness and up at 5 am that day. He sounded tired but got here quickly and did a great and through job repairing the Central heating pipes I'd sliced through and then checking that the boiler was in order.
