Great complex and area, good quality house build. Customer care repairs (standard settling issues expected with a new house) can take a long time to resolve. Make sure you look at warranty if buying a property as certain items expire after 8 weeks, such as repairs to brick work. I thought everything was covered under the two year guarantee.
