Job: Gas hob setup in the place of Electric hob Brilliant, amazing and very rare experience I had with Thomas. When I called Calescent for the first time, luckily Thomas answered my call. Thomas assisted me with lot of patience on whatsapp video call to find out the gas pipe in kitchen which was not there. Have got the reasonable quote and all work carried out like setting up gas pipe into the kitchen and setting up gas hob. You dont find these kind of experience now a days. Very friendly, reasonable price, very high standard quality of work, prompt replies to calls etc. After completion of work, later a week I found some other issue in my home and called Thomas on Sunday where he Immediately came to my home and fixed the issue for free of cost. He have to travel more than 2 hours to reach my home that too on Sunday. Such a sweet and nice person. Warranty for 12 months for the work they have carried out, what else I want. I am glad and lucky fellow to find such a great service and person like Thomas. Go with Calescent & Thomas team if you want friendly, quality and efficient service. Having delicious food now.. Thank You Thomas for your great efforts and service.

Thomas and Danny are absolutely top drawer! Have used the guys a couple of times no and the service is is always top class. Quick and reliable and always make time for any questions that you might have. Always a really fair price for the great work they do, cannot recommend enough!

Always excellent service from Calescent. They've always helped me with my boiler since I became a homeowner from the smallest problems of repressurising my boiler, to fitting a brand new boiler in one day with reasonable pricing and excellent customer service, making sure I knew what had been done and explaining everything to me. Used Calescent twice now. Once to take out an old gas fire, which Danny did when he said he would, leaving no mess behind and a fair price. Came out twice several months later to look at a full new heating system (new boiler in different location, new radiators and associated piping and water supplies) for us with no pressure to accept quote. Took them on and they did an excellent job, communicating with us throughout the works and updating us on progress of the job. Danny, Tommy and Ross make a great team, provide great value and are everything you want in a trader. Helps that they are easy to talk to and down to earth. Would recommend.

Danny was recommended by a colleague of my wife. All gas engineers are very busy so we were fortunate that Danny was able to drop by to diagnose the fault. A faulty control board was identified and a replacement ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Amazing service. I appreciated Danny’s explanation as to how he diagnosed the fault, what problems might exist and how they could be solved. Friendly, efficient and well prepared with plastic over-shoes. 10/10.
