The short review is: I can’t recommend Callerton Kitchens highly enough, a truly professional, customer focused local firm. The full review is: We had our first meeting with Peter Nolan in July 2021 at the showroom and only had a very rough idea of what design we wanted. After talking to a number of different kitchen companies, we came to the conclusion that Callerton Kitchens was the best fit for us due to their very high level of professionalism, the quality of the display kitchens and the non pushy sales approach. We arranged for Peter to come to our home in August 2021 and we discussed different options before Peter went away and prepared initial design plans for us as a discussion point. The man has the patience of a saint! We changed our minds many times, changed colours, designs, worktops, the size of the island and nothing was too much trouble for him. Finally, in November 2021 we knew what we wanted and booked the installation for January 2022. Everything went smoothly, from the pre installation survey from Graham, the excellent fitters, Graham and Paul, the plasterers, plumbers, Brad the electrician who was excellent and the flooring installer. Lucy managed the overall installation process and Rob was always on hand helping out. The old kitchen, flooring and a wall that needed to be removed was cleared away promptly. Every night the room was left tidy and rubbish free. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the tradesmen used during the installation. Peter and Lucy visited when the kitchen was complete to make sure we were happy with everything. I can’t recommend Callerton Kitchens highly enough, a truly professional, customer focused local firm. Delighted with our kitchen from Callerton. Our experience from walking into the showroom to meet Peter, to signing off the completed work was excellent. First class product, installed by a first class team. A couple of issues during the project, as nothing ever goes exactly to plan, but they were dealt with quickly and without question to our satisfaction. Special mention to Rob, who completed all the snagging, Stu, who installed the units, and Steve, who fitted the Amtico. Thanks again to all the team and would highly recommend Callerton to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Disgusting and totally wasting of time. I've been today at this store and their behaviour was disgusting. 2 days after the rules ahs been lifted they still discriminated and don't let the people to go inside without mask even that I told them few times that I am exempt. The funny thing is that the staff walking around without any masks. DISGUSTING!!! I WILL NOT RECOMEND!!!

I don’t think I can give Callerton Kitchens enough stars! And I’m not sure how my review can do them justice as they are absolutely fantastic at what they do. From the initial design by Sam (who knocked it out of the park and thought of things we hadn’t even considered!), to the installation by Derek and the tweaks by Rob to Kevin who looked after us all the way through made one brilliant overall experience! A special mention must go to Lucy who answered my questions quickly and helped us all the way through with everything, she is a star and excellent at what she does! I will not hesitate to recommend Callerton to everyone I know as aside from the above, the actual kitchen is outstanding and a place we will love for many years! To top it off Lucy emailed me this evening to show me how to redeem a free wine promo from NEFF- service you just don’t get from the likes of Wren and Howdens. What must also be mentioned is how reasonably priced Callerton are for the quality of products produced, we in no way felt we were being pushed to buy anything like you do in a lot of kitchen places, they genuinely want to get you the best value for money! Finally we even arrived home to the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen on Thursday! Don’t think twice about using Callerton 😀
