Professional, efficient, prompt and accommodating company. I have had two Level 2 reports carried out by Steve now and both were commented on by those around me as being the best they have seen. The reports were issued quickly, were informative and broken down well, they were not just jam packed will technical jargon. Steve also took the time to explain anything that required further detail. I was after a RICS regulated surveyor in the Bexley/Dartford area on relatively short notice, and after calling a couple of larger businesses I then came across an independent surveyor in Campbell Clarke. With being more of an independent setup they were able to beat the competition on price, offer more flexibility, and all communications were much more personal from the offset. I couldn't have been more pleased with the thorough detail put together with the level 2 survey & valuation report, and Steve was also happy to discuss aspects directly with me once I had looked over the report, which I really appreciated. Just like the other glowing reviews here, I can highly recommend Campbell Clarke for a RICS survey and valuation.

I would highly recommend Campbell and Clarke surveyors. We have used them for building reports for two properties. The reports were very thorough and easy to read, with lots of photographs for reference. Steve was available to answer any questions after the survey and also after we received the report. The report was sent out very quickly. Lin was super friendly and very effcient in booking in our surveys and answering any questions. We will be using them again in the future as they are very professional, friendly and trustworthy! Thank you :)
