I stayed in The Shoe & Boot Factory for 2 years while at Leicester uni and I was very happy with the place. Any maintenance issues were solved quickly and any questions I had were answered on the portal which was useful. Altogether I had a really good experience living there and the flat was super modern (having our own washing machine was a big bonus too). A few people on here have complained about getting charged at the end of the year after staying at one of Campbell's halls. Both years I left the flat I stayed in as close to as I found it as possible and didn't get any charges. If you make use of the pre-move out appointments that Campbell Property offer you and take the steps they suggest, it's really unlikely that you'll get any fines.(you pay for professional cleaning of oven, carpets etc alongside your rent so it's really just basic cleanliness they look for at the end of the year.)

I moved into a fully furnished beautiful house owned by this company and was very pleased with how they went through everything with us on move in day - so helpful! We've had a couple general maintenance issues and all have been seen to and sorted within a couple days! When I had lost my keys someone came to let me into my house within half an hour and replacement keys were sorted in a few days - I'd definitely recommend Campbell Property to any student!

While a University of Leicester, I spent a year in one of the brand new "Hosiery Factory" flats. The flat was as you would expect for a brand new property. Everything was new and working well, and the only minor issues with the flat were resolved through the portal system - which is very simple to use, and you get a response most of the time within a few hours. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen and bathrooms that finished with very good quality appliances and fittings, something which you don't get in a regular student house. Overall I was very satisfied with the property! In respect to a number of negative reviews that have been left regarding charges at the end of the tenancy, my experience was totally different. The move out system is again a very efficient way of making sure that you can avoid charges at the end of the tenancy. I highly recommend the pre-move out appointment system which I have been told was a good way of making sure that you don't get charged. And even if you don't use that, in my experience I was fine. I paid the recommended cleaning on time to make sure I was covered, and at the end of the tenancy I was returned money! Fully recommended!

The property team are so great! I stayed in one of their properties in Sheffield last year and it was so nice. The decor, the receptionists, everything was what I've hoped for a student accommodation far away from home. That was really sweet, especially with Katie, she helped me quiet a lot along the whole year. So I recommended it to my sister in Leicester and she loved it too. So she is staying with them this year and the room is much bigger than the one I had in sheffield. The decor is in a similar style and it's perfect! Her roommates are all very nice too! I'm sure she'll had a fabulous year here, as I did last year. By the way, thanks Henry, for all the help you've provided. Thanks very much. For anyone who is looking for an accommodation, I really recommend you stay with Campbell property. They are great!

My flat with Campbell Properties at The Shoe and Boot Factory in Leicester was so pretty. Couldn't have asked for nicer interior in the living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. They dealt with issues such as our dishwasher breaking really quickly, and didn't charge us for anything at the end of our tenancy which was amazing, as many other student properties tend to charge for silly things. My only problem was that the fire alarm would go off all the time, lighting up my whole room red with a loud repetitive voice in the middle of the night when there weren't any fires in the building. Other than that, they were great.
