John Holman5 StarI have used another surveyor previously and frankly that was an exercise in covering your back and didn't come with any photos. I paid a little bit more for the Camsure Home Buyers Report, but got good photos and sound, realistic advice from the surveyor over the phone. Easily worth the extra which was about another £60 odd.Friday 13th May 2022

Once the survey was all done, this was sent across in a timely manner and the surveyor was happy to talk through any concerns arising. Nicholas Johnson5 StarCamsure quickly produced an RICS Level 3 report on a house survey that revealed a number of defects. Though the report confirmed good and appealing features about the house, as observed during the 20 minutes viewing with the estate agents, the more in-depth survey revealed more serious repair and maintenance issues than we, as potential buyers, could afford the time, money and risk to take on. We therefore pulled out from purchase, with some relief. And we have since found a more suitable house for us.Friday 8th April 2022
Ros Elgey3 StarThe surveyor's report was well written, detailed and prompt but suggested several alarming areas of concern which turned out to be unfounded. The two main ones were damp in the downstairs rooms suggesting a need for a new damp course and potential asbestos in some of the artexed ceilings. The vendors were able to reassure about the artexed ceilings and undertook an independent damp assessment which found no damp anywhere in the house.Friday 13th May 2022
