We had a badly leaking toilet. Phoned and asked if they did emergencies. "Yes, but we are busy at the moment and will call you back very soon". Despite being literally 200 yards around the corner - guess what? They didn't even call back. Despite me chasing. Exceptionally poor all round.

Very prompt and punctual service. Clearly explained what needed to be done and booking in work was simple. Positive attitude from Scott helped get all 3 tasks completed quickly, despite a few unexpected issues which he dealt with easily. Was very impressed with the repair and replacement work and the new taps look great.

Excellent service, recommended. Replaced our domestic CH boiler. Company visited the house at short notice to provide a competitive estimate. After a few days to source materials our plumber Brian quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Attitude throughout was refreshingly 'can-do' and 'will-do', all aspects of job completed with minimum fuss. Site was left clean and tidy, all materials disposed of. Will definitely use Capital plumbers again should the need arise!

I wouldn't recommend Capital plumbers. They installed a new sani-flow macerator in my flat 18 months ago, to replace an older model that leaked. Within a year the new unit was leaking. The plumber made some minor repairs, it soon leaked again, and he returned and made some more minor repairs, which I was charged for. I stressed how important it was to fix the problem, as every leak damaged my neighbour's ceiling, but I didn't get the impression the plumber took it all that seriously. Now, within 7 months, it has exploded. The opinion of another plumber is the unit and original piping is inappropriate and needs to be replaced.
