He returned my call which is more than can be said about some plumbers, he came out the following day first thing and stopped the leak. This was done during the Christmas holiday, he cut his holiday short just to help me out. Vinod Kumar5 StarWe had contacted Carl after giving up on few other plumbers and based on reviews to look at an issue with hot shower valve. His service is impeccable and due diligence second to none.He was prompt to respond , came took a look and advised on the best way forward. Since we didn’t know the original make , I had to change the entire shower knob system. After I found a suitable shower unit , he came again to quote and look whether the unit fits. Until this point, I wasn’t charged any call out fee , quite contrary to what I was used to.He quoted, fixed a date and did the work quite neatly. During the installation, there was a possibility that some of the tiles might be damaged as the previous shower unit was stuck in quite tightly. He informed me that this might have an impact and we agreed to proceed . He kept me well informed all through the work to make sure I understand what he was doing etc. Amazing work & 5 star quality.Sunday 16th February 2020
