John was going to come to me on Sat but got caught up on another Job so came out on Sunday Morning at no extra cost, he did a great Job, was very polite and professional, I would defo use him again.

I was delighted with the service that I received from this company. The plumber came out to replace my tap the day after I called him. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use it again.

Fitted a new valve.. Around a week later the heating just kept rising (I have a 3month old baby) . My wife messaged John via his phone, that was not replyed too. I messaged via website said he would contact me this morning.. It is now 4pm.. I believe he has fitted a faulty valve. I await being contacted.. Attached email (only contact despite owners response below) Update from response of the owner.... Firstly the response.. No apology.. I am sure you have a life... (we all do) contacted because we were concerned however not contacted back hence the first complaint.. No phone calls. Such a shame as such a nice guy..

Honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. Our ensuite shower leaked through to the floor downstairs on a Saturday morning and the plumber arrived within half an hour. He quickly found the leak and said they would be back to fix it. They arranged to come back on the Monday and within a few days the entire shower had been ripped out and retiled. They’ve done a brilliant job and got it done much quicker than we had expected. Reasonable price considering how quickly they got to us and had the job done. The shower has been finished to a high standard and we are very pleased, would definitely use them again!
