Awaited outcome of an agreement reached through help of the Boston County Court before writing this review. Was agreed in court, my costs of nearly £400 be reimbursed. The story….About 2yrs before then, Martin sent me numerous emails for return of a tumble dryer vent hose assembly which went 'walkies' during the install of new boiler. He kept emailing not having time to drop it off, then he'd post it. That was June 2020.. Still nothing. In the end I bought my own…. This set the tone for what was to follow... x5 months after new heating install, a part in the heating system developed a fault, x3 times Martin did not attend his appointments. On the last occasion where I told him I’d specifically, taken the day off work, no apology or follow up provided for his non-attendance. It was winter and cold. His attitude was to shrug his shoulders and say.."remove the part yourself, send it to manufacturer and then reinstall replacement”. He was told under the consumers act, it’s his responsibility to sort the full repair. With the freezing weather upon us, I had a qualified engineer make the repair. Martin was billed and due to non payment over a period of several months, legal proceeding followed. Finally County Court helped get my money back. Even after I did not pursue the a CCJ because I did not wish to penalise his company, he, after the agreement he sent an email "Maybe we should meet up *****  Just me and you”.   Imho an vailed threat from this ungrateful person! Then Martin and his wife, who also works in the business tried to renage on an agreed free service. But another mention of court action, they paid up. The whole thing was unnecessary. Imho, Martin is a compulsive liar, takes advantage of the vulnerable.  This business is NOT to be trusted. Claims to always be the victim and good guy, but it’s an illusion !!!! His work could not be rated better than average.

Carma Plumbing and Heating are fantastic, especially Martin!! He came and installed a new boiler for us and was reilable from start to finish! When i called.. he answered and if i left a voicemail he called back when he could which i found great! He turned up when he said he would and done a great job. Thank you Martin and i will receommending you to everyone!
