Our portfolio ranges from simple extensions and sympathetic historic refurbishments to large-scale housing and civic projects. We are as comfortable in the discrete residential space as we are with large commercial and public realm projects. At all times, maintaining a commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Within the team are architectural designers & surveyors, visualisers, building surveyors and project managers. If required, we supplement our in-house capability with trusted building partners and consultants in planning, structural engineering, quantity surveying, mechanical and engineering (M&E), and an international network of furniture, technology and materials manufacturers.

Avneet Bhandal5 StarI would highly recommend Carter’s building consultancy. Not only has Harry been absolutely fantastic in his approach, but he has given some amazing design ideas. I wouldn’t say the process has been easy but going through the process with Harry who has stuck by our side throughout the difficult ups and downs has made it all the more worth it. The constant nagging from us, the constant out of hours calls to him and his approach to it all has been the same (outstanding) throughout. The scheme was particularly challenging given the sites location within Poulton Conservation Area; Carter-Zub liaised with numerous parties involved such as the planning department and neighbouring property owners which included land owned by Network Rail. After exploring a range of ideas with Carter-Zub the scheme now maximises sites potential, while meeting all of our requirements.Wednesday 10th April 2019
