Livv' F5 StarBoiler had gone out in the morning and I had no hot water or heating, I relayed this to my estate agents who got Caralyst Energy to come and help us out. We were advised that this was an extremely busy day but they still managed to fit us in. Efficient and friendly; the job was done in a couple of minutes and I was told how to solve the problem if it happens again.

I'm really glad I did. The work they have done has fixed my problems and gone beyond my expectations. The boys at Catalyst have made me feel like they are working with me, not just for me. They are responsive, helpful, offer advice and suggestions, turn up when they say they will, are polite and their prices are reasonable too. Julie Claro-Magee5 StarAbove and beyond service on Christmas Day when we were without hot water/heating and Anthony came out at very short notice and spent a couple of hours trying to achieve a temporary fix to tide us over until an essential new part arrived. Massively grateful that he took time away from his family (on Christmas Day!!!) to help us without charging an ‘extortionate’ call out fee and staying until the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. The part arrived a few days later and Catalyst returned to fit and undertake an annual boiler service. Once again, we experienced the most exceptional, reliable & top class service.
