The company was polite and it was not to much trouble for them when you phoned them. When the gentleman came to take one cooker out and connect it to another property, he was professional from beginning to the end. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Unfortunately I had to have several expensive call outs for my boiler which was leaking. One of the engineers seemed very knowledgeable and was pleasant throughout however, after spending almost £300 for a new fan incl. labour, the leaking water still persisted. I was then advised that another part might be needed and frustrated, I found someone from a different organisation to have a look who told me that the boiler could not be repaired and that I needed a new one. I fed this back to CH&P and Liam the Director kindly came to look at the boiler and promised a full refund for the above cost of the fan plus labour. Months later and despite several emails, I’ve still not received the refund. I really don’t like to put negative reviews for companies and have resisted so far, waiting for the refund but it still hasn’t been given so unfortunately I will never be using this company again.
