Chambers spoke to me very unprofessional with ending my tendency due to problems with the flat every room had ramp which they knew about and haven't bothered to come and sort out then then started kicking off with me then blocked me. Not the best company to rent a flat from stay away!!

Poor service from this letting agent, staff have very poor knowledge on current rental laws and little idea on deposit scheme process so be prepared when handing your bond over as may be last you see of it, elderly owner has even less knowledge, seem to make up company policies as they go along. The lettings manager is standoffish in manner with no idea how to deal with people professionally, doesn’t respond to emails and phone messages regarding repairs and has a very bad attitude when challenged directly. Eventually after a lot of effort sends odd job man round to fix stuff instead of reputable local tradesmen so don’t expect a tidy job. They don’t seem bothered if the rent is paid or not as nothing was pursued when late paying once, they didn’t complete any property inspections either, which I thought were yearly. Expected better.

Forced to deal with this company regarding service charges and ground rent to my property. Over the years I've had to communicate with them, they never follow through with even basic enquiries. Have never called me back even after multiple promises that it wont happen again. They confirmed a payment I sent for ground rent after me having to chase them down multiple times only to get a snotty letter complaining in had not paid and implied I needed to sort my finances out. Only to find out they placed the money in the wrong account which I had to basically help them to do it by sending my own bank statements. No apology. Absolute joke of a company.
