Excellent service that included design, alterations and building work to our kitchen, dining room and lounge. Mark and Ruth really helped. Their design suggestions and knowledge helped us achieve something we would not have been able too without them. Everyone we encountered on our project not only did a good job, but were all friendly and approachable too. We are really pleased with the results and grateful to everyone for their hard work. We are about to start another project using Chapel and would have no hesitation to recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chapel Properties on a home renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, skilled, and attentive to our needs and preferences. The renovation project was extensive and involved several different areas of our home, including new floors, windows, staircase, bathrooms, bespoke furniture and complete decoration. Throughout the project the team were communicative and kept us updated on progress and any changes that needed to be made. We had a very positive experience using Chapel for full renovation of an old house in a home we love. Adding a floor to the house, re-building one single-story extension, re-wiring, re-plumbing, plus a lot of landscaping. From beginning to end, the team were wonderful. Professional, friendly, efficient, great at communication. Even since the project finished (on time!) they have been very quick to respond to queries. Graham and Chester led their team for us. We would highly recommend using them.

We engaged Chapel Properties to do a complete refurbishment of a listed building in Woodbridge. The project was finished on time and on budget. It was a big and complicated job and threw up a few complications but the tradesmen were always willing and able to get around any issues. Communication was always very good and the professionalism of the entire team was exceptional. As the project progressed there were lots of extra jobs that we requested, all were completed with consideration and care. We now have property that we are incredibly proud of, the finish and workmanship are fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the team at Chapel to anyone considering engaging builders for a project.
