Alex replaced my old boiler and water tank system for a new more efficient combi boiler. The quality of workmanship and service I received was first class. Very reasonably priced, would highly recommend.

I’m more than happy with Alex at Chaps plumbing. Unfortunately I had a boiler fitted by someone who didn’t know what they was doing that claimed to be a plumber. I got given a number for Alex so I gave him a call and he came out that very day to take a look. Within a few days he came back to get my boiler working to full working order and fully commissioned, serviced and left in a safe manner! Alex is a very professional individual and makes you feel at ease in your own home. I would 100% recommend Alex and will definitely be using him in the future.

Had lots of plumbing work done by Chaps Plumbing and can honestly say I have never met anybody so efficient and hard working! Always gets the job done to a high standard, professional and on time. 100% recommend!

I had a bad leak and Alex managed to attend really quicky . He stopped the leak and fixed it. He also fixed my leaking toilet. He turned up when he said he would, and wore carpet protectors on his shoes. He left the bathroom clean and tidy

NOT A 24/7 SERVICE. Called up for emergency plumbing (a shower drain leak) Friday afternoon and the person who answered said they were already closed for the weekend! Disappointing false advertising that wasted my time. EDIT: Nice-sounding response, but it doesn't change the fact that you advertise as 24/7 but don't actually provide that service. The person who answered the phone didn't say you were "busy", they said "closed for the weekend"!
