DO NOT USE!
Had arranged for a visit to service my boiler.
They were due to arrive at 8.30am.
Nobody turned up at that time so we called at 9am to see what was happening, and were told by Charles Mann somebody was on their way and would be with us in a couple of minutes.
Still no arrival by 9.30am so we again called back and were met with a very unapologetic Charles Mann who blamed one of his tradesmen and then said “just cancel it” and hung up on us.
Ridiculously unprofessional and rude.
Would not recommend in a million years!
The reply below sums up the service (or lack of) provided.
When a customer has taken time off work to accommodate an appointment, they should not be met with lies and excuses.
It is fully acknowledged that things can happen out with anybody’s control, but in situations like that a company should be apologetic and decent instead of saying that “he will be with you in a couple of minutes” when that was clearly not the case.
As for the comment about the “rant”. That is 100% untrue, and very much an indication of the level of professionalism you can expect from this company.Tuesday 21st September 2021

He came two days later to check out the job.He gave us two shower makes that were suitable for me,to pick from.
We checked them out and phoned back the following day with our choice.
He gave us a price and we decided to go ahead.
He came first thing the following morning and did a great job.
I am absolutely delighted.I had tried to phone a few plumbers and they
either dont answer or dont get back to you.
Excellent service.I would certainly recommend.
