CWL took over our development in hard times when COVID-19 hit hard and restricted possibilities of solving arising problems within the development. Thanks to Residents and CWL hard work it was possible to meet, talk and solve some of the issues and remaining problems. CWL organised a welcome meeting and AGM using Zoom to improve relations and standard of living in the development. Working closely with our our Client Relationship Manager Paul, I have found him very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions and issues. It’s also great to see him trying to find solutions to issues not specifically listed in his responsibilities. Showing he is happy to go above and beyond his responsibilities for the good of the residents.

Ian Kerr5 StarCharles White Limited are the management company for the apartment block I live in and I can say they are great to work with and will try their best at all times to help you with any issue. I have recently had a problem with a major company for want of a better description and with the help of Charles White who were meticulous at all times we got to the bottom of the problem and hopefully sorted. Elaine and Leigh in the Belfast office were superb throughout and done all that was asked of them. This company also use the best sub contractors and the one in particular for my problem again mirrored Charles White and with the help of Michael and Eddie, we got there in the end.

I just wanted to note the improvements in GQMCo after our AGM last night compared to these past few years!
We have had a calm enough year and we are in a decent position so I hope we can continue our progress in the future years.
Thank you to Charles White, especially Andrew and Phillip for organising a very successful changeover and have corrected the steering of GQMCo after shocking “management” previously and I for one am delighted to have you as our Managing Agent. Things are going a lot smoother.
