Dan Feenan1 StarCustomer Service in parts is very poor, communication is non existent.
The handle has fallen off and therefore unable to close and secure, so cant use. Definitely not the premium stove i thought i'd purchased for £1500 (only 3yrs old) . After being advised by Hannah in sales/parts that the part i ordered would be posted the following week - Nothing. I chased nearly 3 weeks later to be told that it was still not in stock. After being promised a call today - Nothing!Monday 25th January 2021
