The survey I requested was carried out in a timely manner and Kelon was very helpful with explaining some of the finer points of its findings. I did have to chase a few times to get the report - they definitely seem very busy. However, I was told that the drone footage of the roof would not be possible on the day due to bad weather. Kelon promised it would be completed at a later date, but this never materialised. I have chased in a few times, but they have never responded after the initial post-survey call. Disappointed in the lack of customer service overall.

Absolutely amazing service from Kelon and the team at Charnwood. Managed to get us booked in at extremely short notice. Exceptional professionalism, great communication all the way through the process and really reasonable rates. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This company is potentially a front for a scam - beware. I have had a terrible experience using Charnwood Consultancy that has left me nearly £500 out of pocket with no survey, no response from the company and in a position where I am now having to exchange on a property without having had a survey report. I booked a homebuyers survey at the end of April for a one bedroom flat and made it clear from the start that I needed the survey report by the end of May because of the exchange and completion dates. I struggled to get any response for a while but eventually spoke to Kelon who said it would be done in time. More waiting ensued while they failed to contact the estate agent. Eventually they booked in to survey the flat on the 27th of May and told me that they would get me the report within 48 hours. It is now the 7th of June and I have received nothing from them nor had any responses to my messages. I am due to exchange tomorrow and am now going into the purchase with no survey results. This is the worst possible situation to have been in. I made my situation clear from the start and Charnwood Consultancy took my money under false pretences. If there are problems with this flat further down the line then I will have fallen foul ENTIRELY because of Charnwood's lies and lack of professionalism. They are ignoring my requests for a refund on a job they did not complete. Avoid like the plague.
