Steve Alcock5 StarWhen my boiler stopped working I was lucky enough to call Chris first. He fixed it initially, but it was on its last legs and gave up the ghost soon after. Chris then fitted a new boiler and a couple of radiators, and throughout was great to work with. Highly recommended, would give more stars if possible!Friday 19th February 2021
Alison Pettitt5 StarAfter two engineers from my heating insurance company failed to fix my boiler I came across Chris Harvey Plumbing and Heating. From the initial conversation with Chris I felt reassured and confident that he knew what he was talking about. I felt heard and understood and he explained calmly what he thought the problem might be and his colleague - Jamie, came out promptly.
Jamie was polite, friendly, well presented and covid aware wearing correct p.p.e. He explained why I had been getting the problems with my the boiler - in layman's terms - plus handy tips to help me understand the boiler going forward.
Jamie located and fixed the fault within 20 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. He even reassured me that the boiler did not require a further procedure ( which one of the other gas engineers had said was urgent! and would have cost me £300!)
I can’t recommend Chris and Jamie highly enough. They are a decent, honest hardworking team who really know their stuff! At long last I know my boiler is in safe hands, which is very reassuring.
