They arrive on time, listen to your needs, give updates on their findings with any options available. When the work is completed they leave the area clean and tidy and submit clear itemised invoices.

Highly recommended, professional company. They were able to visit quickly, diagnose the issue, source the part same day (PCB needed replacing) and fit new part - everything back up and working. Very happy with the job done and the way everything was handled. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The company was responsive and did amazing work with a real "can do" attitude. I could not attend the installation so asked that they send pics or video call me before leaving the premises so I could check the work was to my satisfaction and they were happy to do so. I found them efficient and friendly and will definitely be using them again and recommending to others. I've been very disappointed with the service of other plumbers (many) in the last 5 years and at last have found one I can trust. Thank you Chrome Connections!
