I've been with several letting agents previously and haven't yet found one nearly as helpful and personable as Churchills. Rebecca in particular has gone out of her way to make sure that the process of renting a new house has gone really smoothly, and is so friendly and helpful. We had a few tricky questions but nothing was too much to ask. We had a few (fixable) issues during our first few days in the house and they were quickly resolved (Rick was really lovely and nothing was left half-done) Finally, Stuart has helped with a few things along the way and again has given us great service. We rented with Churchills for 3 and a bit years, when we moved out Sally was helpful in sorting out our moving out and relocating, and dealt with the professional cleaners to ensure we got our deposit back. Whilst we were living in a Churchills property they were good at sorting out any repairs in good time, and were hands off other than the annual inspection.

I've had recently a very good experience with Churchills Lettings team, while looking for a place to rent in York. Stuart was very helpful with arranging the viewing and taking me through all the steps to finalise the renting of the property afterwards. They have all the procedures set up and working for viewings, reference checks, signings and payments. Communication is very good as well, they respond quickly and give all the information one needs. I highly recommend Churchills for lettings.
