John Telfer5 StarI badly needed a new boiler. Mohammed and colleagues did a great job, were really polite and patient with me, explaining what they were doing whenever I asked, as well as how the boiler and the thermostat worked.
It gave me great confidence when Mohammed referred to me as a 'customer' and not just a number.

Thomas Cranshaw5 StarManaged to fit me in at short notice. Polite, very tidy (even taking care to make sure the sink was left properly clean after rinsing a filter) and cheerful. Notably honest as when asked on the condition of the system he had an opportunity to sell an unnecessary powerflush, but didn't and said that the system was fairly clean and didn't need it.
