Been waiting for atleast a month for a refund of about £550 on a shower door that never came out of its box when we realised it was the wrong door. Still waiting.....Still calling asking what's happening and never really getting anywhere. Very disappointed

I visited this store today for the first time and I can say with certainty it will be my last. We found the ‘branch manager’ a Mark Aston to be extremely rude and aggressive. And I am someone who is in the trade and use to the usual manor. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, to those who appreciate it.

Everything massively overpriced! First item I wanted cost me about £1 in tool station, in here the same thing costs £2.40 another item I can get elsewhere for £3, is £5.70. These are costs I cannot pass onto my customers. It’s a wonder they’re still in business to be honest. The other 4 things on my list they didn’t even have in stock, a honeywell heating control panel they didn’t even stock. This is a merchant I won’t be using.
