In contrast to other reviews, and in comparison to a competitor visited on the same day, I cannot recommend. While others have experienced helpful staff reading their reviews, sadly I did not. No effort was made to answer a legitimate query, just that I need to supply the brand and model number for the tap I was trying to repair, even though I brought the defective valve and fitting with me. I guess that is fair enough, but a competitor was able to help me within seconds of seeing the valve in question. Prices seem good, and if you are knowledgeable in matters plumbing, maybe this place is for you. As an amateur I found a competitor much more helpful.
