Paul Harrington5 StarWe visited City Plumbing last week and was greeted by Louise who couldn't have been more helpful , she has designed two bathrooms for us for which we are delighted. Her knowledge was fantastic, with a design we didn't have in mind. she has designed the bathroom's with vanity units and showers with the idea of a free standing bath.

T Maria5 StarWow what a great experience with Louise in the showroom! Her expertise and designer eye has been a godsend. Louise was knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. I could not fault her. She has an eye for detail and isn’t afraid to think outside the box! It really helped that she came to the house as I truly believe that made all the difference when suggesting what to do. Pictures and drawings all give you so much of an idea.

Stephanie Henley1 StarWent to get a couple of plumbing parts, not my area of expertise so relying on the staff to help me out. The guy went and got me the parts (I had brought in the exact parts that I needed to show him). Turns out when I got home they were the wrong parts and didn’t fit. I went to return them but I wasn’t able to because the plastic had been opened. I was very taken aback because I fully expected to be able to return them since it was this particular staff members mistake. He wouldn’t budge and I lost my money and wasted my time. Ordered and received an entire Roca downstairs WC suite and it all arrived within 1.5 weeks as promised. Sonia was super helpful too and very personable.
