JE5 StarI needed a replacement for a cistern handle but didn't actually end up buying one from City Plumbing...! Spoke with a member of staff - Ryan who was very professional and helpful. When he learnt that there wasn't any stock available for the model I needed, which meant a 2 week wait period as opposed to 3 days, he advised that I may prefer to look elsewhere online instead of waiting.
