CJR Midlands are a building services consultant with offices in Northampton. We specialise in Lifecycle Condition Surveys and ME&P Building Services Design projects and have established a reputation for a high quality, efficient service to our clients.
Our expertise with building services surveying spans all sectors to include Primary, Secondary and higher Education, NHS Hospital Trusts and PCT’s, Local Authority Civic buildings and Leisure Centres.
The design projects CJR undertake include new construction and building refurbishment through all RIBA stages to include project feasibility, concept and technical design, tender review, cost and quality control, services commissioning through to project sign off. CJR design using Revit to BIM level 2, utilising the latest Autodesk Software.
CJR also hold the appropriate qualification to act as independent certifiers on major building services capital projects throughout England and Scotland.
