Julian Adams5 StarAlways very professional and competent. They do our commercial gas safety test on our commercial kitchens every year and I've never had any reason to complain. The engineers always show up on time on the day booked. They can be very busy so it is always worth booking well in advance, especially at the start of the season when all businesses are requiring gas safety checks and similar.Tuesday 10th May 2022

Donald Wilks1 StarHad a £30k system installed by Clarkes 3 1/2 yrs ago. Had it regularly serviced by Clarkes, this winter, system has gradually become unresponsive. Called the emergency engineer out last night, diagnosed faulty pump. No response from Clarkes today. When I called, I was fobbed off by a jobsworth who basically said it was tough luck, you'll have to wait a month for a replacement and it was out of warranty so I'll have to pay up front.
