When you’re looking for reputable builders, to have CBE recommended to us by a friend meant we never looked back when we engaged them for our extension build. Nick and Chris were simply excellent and responded to a number of different challenges with commitment, professionalism and dedication. Their attention to detail and their work ethic is without question as they responded to our building requirements. The quality of the build is excellent reflecting the attention to detail we wanted from the design. Over the course of the project, we had daily meetings with Chris and Nick to ensure everything went to plan and to work round problems. Having builders in at the best of times is testing but we need not have worried. They almost second guessed our needs and the cleaning and tidying at the end of each day made their presence less invasive. On top of all of this we were planning our wedding and hence left Nick and Chris working on our house for the 3 weeks we were away getting married trusting them implicitly. Their network with the local council, building inspectors, architects and the various public service authorities we had to interface with is extensive and serves our needs well. We would not hesitate for one second recommending CBE if you are planning a build or an extension. We have used Chris and Nick to refit our bathroom and now our kitchen. They are both very friendly, nothing is to much trouble. They will give you ideas and suggestions. They will organise for other professionals to come if needed eg carpet fitter. Their workmanship is of a good standard. I would highly recommend them. I want to say a big THANK YOU to this amazing firm who came to my new home after it had stood empty for over a year and put two new bathrooms in, took out a leaky shower and turned it back into a useful cupboard, plastered, painted and left everything so clean and tidy each day as they finished work as well as at the end. Advice given was always excellent, help in choosing bathroom cabinets and general attention to detail and their general kindness and help and advice were second to none. We are now some time further on but I am simply thrilled with all that Nick and Chris have done and even now if I think I would like an outside light or a new outside tap, they come and give me their expertise and leave me delighted with a job well done. From me, they come very highly recommended.

All my friends and family have remarked on the high standard of workmanship in the fitting of my new kitchen supplied by Benchmarx and I would highly recommend Nick and Chris to do a professional 5 star job for you.They are always polite and considerate and keep disruption down to a minimum I will definitely use them for any future projects
