Lee and his team did a great job for us. The job was a complex one and Lee was a great help as we worked out how best to approach it. Once a plan had been made Lee and the team turned up at the agreed time, did the job exactly as agreed and left no trace behind them. They were friendly and helpful and the cost was competitive: I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Would absolutely recommend Lee, Dan and the team at Clean Building Group for any asbestos related queries or removal & disposal requirements. Since surveying our property several months ago I've had lots of questions and Lee has always been responsive and called me back with advice along the way. When it came to removing the old garage roof and some artex ceilings I was able to get the job booked in quickly and completed in no time in a very professional manner. The team kept me updated during the job and the work was carried out efficiently and to all the safety standards with a full walk-through before sign-off upon completion. Would not hesitate to recommend this company if you have questions about asbestos or need any removing and disposing of!

What was initially a request to test for asbestos became a small project to remove the ceilings and replace soon became a bigger project. Whilst the ceilings were down, the opportunity to change wiring, lighting, external lighting doing good walls became an option worth considering. Lee and his team throughout the initial phase, removal and doing good the property were consistent in their efficiency, communication and management of the project as it grew through my requests. Lee guided me from the outset on what to expect, timelines and what his team would complete - the teams skills and consideration of my property as well as neighbours was impressive to say the least - professional to the core. I can honestly say that they see the job through to the clients satisfaction and worked with me advising, suggesting as well as accepting input along the way to ensure standards are not just maintained but finished to an very high standard. I highly recommend Lee and his team for any project, refurbishment or asbestos removal as i truly felt that i had a partner guiding me all the way to the end of the project.
