Liam Batey1 StarHad a heating engineer come out to do a diagnostic on a leaking boiler. He said it was a simple fix and was going to order a part. A week went by and nobody had contacted me about fixing it. I had to call them for a follow up. Eventually another engineer came out to fix it, and he hasn’t even fixed the problem! He said it’s fixed and wouldn’t leak anymore, turn the heating on and it’s still leaking and now they are closed for Xmas and new year. Absolutely fuming.Friday 23rd December 2022
Helen Finney5 StarI have recently moved house and needed to replace the existing boiler. Having no knowledge of oil boilers, I did a lot of research to find a reputable firm. I was not disappointed. Ben and Richard did a brilliant job of installing my new boiler, power flushing the system and fitting new thermostats on the radiators. They were hard working but took the time to answer my endless questions about the new boiler. I would certainly recommend this company should anyone require such work to be carried out. Anthony was such a pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful guy, only too willing to help out in a very proactive and helpful way. Even showed me another way to bleed a radiator as the nipple was destroyed. Others had said I would need to replace the radiator. Checked out a few other issues in the same way. Splendid service. The invoice arrived by email shortly after and was very reasonable. Excellent service and highly efficient in addition to pleasant. A rare combination. Stephen Hill5 StarIt is now near enough six months since we had our heating serviced, a new oil tank installed and a power flush to the system. We couldn't be more pleased with the way it has improved the heating to our home. Thoroughly professional, the two engineers Richard and Steve were top blokes, Richard in particularly helping us out by discovering a serious water leak we had.
