I am very disappointed with Clifton Kitchens. I have had a couple of kitchens fitted by them and was happy to recommend them to my son and daughter in law who wanted a new bathroom installed. I can only describe the whole experience as a nightmare from start to finish, and still ongoing. Their after sales service has been appalling, it seems once they have your money then they are not interested. From crooked tiles, leaking pipes and poorly applied leaking silicone to name just a few problems, oh and don't forget the big hole in the landing wall that was never filled in, the list goes on and on. They are now unable to use the shower because the kitchen ceiling and walls, and the walls in the hallway are so damp from all the leaks that the paint is peeling and the plaster is starting to bubble. My son spoke to Ian Grosvenor again yesterday and he promised someone would come today to re silicone around the bath - surprise surprise - no one turned up. WARNING - Use them at your peril if you are happy to waste over £4000 pounds.

Had a problem with my heating reported it in evening (left a message) came out next day in the evening and replaced faulty part what more can you ask for, Great Service will continue to recommend this company
