Really painless experience for having two bathrooms replaced. Marc was brilliant with us for giving us all of the various options that we had in terms of furniture and ordering bits in if they weren’t in the shop so we could see it exactly what they look like. Really quick and efficient service and great communication with Marc directly. Had to change a shower screen due to a slight fault but that was sorted really quickly and easily too, no fuss, and delivery for everything was sorted quickly too. Great service, great products, and great experience all around.

Amazing experience using CTB of Oldham for our self build. Dealt with the manager Nick who has gone above and beyond to source us all of the components we needed. Great quality products, good price and very speedy delivery. Highly recommend!

What can I say…all the staff here are so helpful and reliable. Marc and Nick are my main contacts and I can’t fault them. Having used many showrooms in the past I’ve found the service, quality and after sales are above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are resolved promptly. Cannot thank Marc enough for his support with my bathroom replacement, nothing was to much trouble for him, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I changed my mind a few days after my tiles had been delivered and wanted to go with a different style, I felt so bad as they had been delivered but Marc reassured me that it was no trouble and that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the choice I made. He made the whole process such a breeze, was polite, friendly and arrived when he said he would. Highly recommend!

We purchased 2 full bathroom suites and a downstairs cloakroom from the Oldham branch for our house renovation. We had the pleasure of dealing with Marc who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He listened to what we wanted, changed things for us last minute and has been extremely helpful when things have been damaged or delayed.
