Kitchen and bathroom fitted with some interior structural changes made. The work done was good. But he never finished the job despite being paid for it. After months of contacting him to finish the job i had to get someone else in to finish it off

From the day we called asking for a quote to the day the job was finished Alex at Coast to Coast showed extremely high levels of professionalism and high amounts of enthusiasm to do the best job possible. We asked Alex to replace our entire bathroom which was dated with mould and leaks all about. When he supplied us with the quote, we instantly felt at ease as he was very friendly and approachable. On top of this he would also come up with suggestions and alternative ways of doing things than we thought of without being pushy and trying to upsell. This was vitally important for us when choosing to have someone in our house who would be fairly unsupervised. There were some issues along the way caused by our suite provider delivering a day and a half late the bath, Alex took this really well and found other things to prep so as little time was wasted as possible and kept us well informed of any updates, the plasterer that he uses was also extremely good at reskimming our ceiling from artexing which gave it a much more modern look. The overall quality of the work was really impressive, and nothing was ever too much trouble, even agreeing to do extra things in order to make the bathroom perfect for us. Even at the end of the job when looking at the finished product he noticed that the waste pipe for the toilet was visible from out of the room, he suggested to box it in with a lovely tile box which gave it a truly professional finish. He always arrived when he said he would and kept the house very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coast to Coast construction to anyone and we will certainly be using them for other projects around the house, price wise Alex is very competitive and the quality of work and the overall work ethic is fantastic. Thanks so much for a lovely bathroom!
