We are a building company based in the beautiful Holme Valley near Holmfirth in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.

Selwyn Rose5 StarCodus did a large 2 story extension for us (including demolishing an old garage first) on an old stone Victorian house.
They have been fantastic the whole way through the build, keeping us informed on progress throughout, and working with us to get it how we wanted.
They came in exactly on the budget they promised at the start. When we added some bits on they were very clear with the costs up front and stuck to the budget for them too.
They have been great at introducing us to other trades and providing advice on the rest of the renovation we were doing ourselves.
They have been very open, considerate and helpful the whole way through. Their whole team on site have been brilliant - Richard & Elliot in the crew led by Paul.

Shauna Russell5 StarCodus have completed a full ground floor conversion and revamped our driveway and garden. Each and every process has been done professionally and with ease. The team are reliable and extremely friendly. Ben Edinburgh5 StarCodus Construction was recommended by a friend who had and is still using them for his own project (considerably larger than my own). I needed someone who was prepared to talk to all tradespeople, lead from the front and ensure the project was completed on time, Paul and the team did exactly this.
As an example, he would coordinate site meetings with himself, the underfloor heating engineer and heating engineer. This ensured complete cohesion with everyone connected with the work. I would say, if anyone needs a construction firm that delivers outstanding results, on time with a quality of workmanship that demonstrates outstanding knowledge Codus is the firm to use. I now consider Codus as the only construction company I will use. No more searching for a company that you can trust.
