We were having great difficulty with our party wall surveyors and our neighbours architect who were failing to acknowledge that our extension had been moved on the their drawings to indicate that our wall was a party wall which it clearly is not Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me the ammunition to have the neighbours drawings changed and to bring some correction to the surveyor who were supposed to be acting in our interest. I would not have any doubt in recommending him.
